TOOLS Package

TOOLS Package

TOOLS Package is a multilingual macOS utility that makes it easier to prepare installation packages for Apple Business Manager.

Analyze a .pkg file to obtain its name, SHA-256 hash, and the bundle identifier and version of the applications it contains. Export the results to a text file to assist with deployment.

You can also create a package from a folder containing one or more applications to be installed in /Applications. Sign the package using an identity in your keychain or a PEM certificate and its unencrypted private key. The private key is never included in the package.
